1. Research
1.1 Survey and Interviews
To create an excellent experience to buy clothes online, I started doing a survey and some interviews to understand people's main motivations. The most relevant insights were:
The most important thing to know before buying clothes online is the size.
The motivation to buy online is the price. People think the best prices are online.
Reviews are very important too, they want to know if the product matches the description.
Men usually don’t like to buy in malls or physical stores, because they think the place is usually crowded.
2. Define
2.1 Persona
2.2 Problem Statement
How Might We help users to have a quick and personalized experience of buying clothes online?
3. Ideate
3.1 Information Architecture
I used the Card Sorting method to find the structure of the Parlamento e-commerce.
3.2 User Flow
To test the concept of the website, the creation of a user flow was necessary. The idea was to create an easier and faster way for the user to reach the goal of buying a Shirt.
4. Prototype
4.1 Mid-Fidelity
5. UI Design
5.1 Moodboard
To inspire me to create the style of the Parlamento e-commerce, I created a Moodboard with some photos that I took in the store and some relevant pictures that I found online. The main objective of it was to represent the Parlamento Store atmosphere.
5.2 High-Fidelity
In the end, this is the final prototype for the Parlamento e-commerce.
