About
This app was projected to be a community for the Decode employees. They needed a space where they could have easy access to the company's internal communication and share the good times experienced at work, in addition to the company's lifestyle.

Wireframes
I created the wireframes to represent the layout and simulate the flow between screens and test it with users.
Visual Design / Prototype
Home Page
At the homepage, the user will see a resume of the day, news about the company and the birthdays and events scheduled.
They will see also a phrase of the week, designed to maintain good humor and engagement at work.
It's possible to see a option to navigate to the calendar page, where they would have more information about the month, the challenges proposed to increase the self-growth and the employee benefits.
Profile
The profile is open to all the users. They will see informations about their hard skills, soft skills and hobbies.
This will facilitate integration between employees.
LifeStyle
The Lifestyle was created to share good moments lived in the work time. The user will be able to share photos of events (e.g. happy hours, lunches) and fun moments with colleagues.
